Paul Zelenty

Paul Zelenty focuses his practice on commercial real estate and general business matters. He has extensive experience in the representation of individual and corporate clients in connection with complex transactions including purchases, sales and leasing of commercial real property. In addition, Mr. Zelenty advises clients regarding real property development, zoning and land use, and commercial loans and loan workouts. Mr. Zelenty also renders advice to clients in connection with general business matters as well as business acquisitions and divestitures.

Mr. Zelenty received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1982 and his J.D. from Rutgers University Law School – Newark in 1987.

Before joining Kim Law Firm LLC, he was a partner at Graham Curtin and later at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, both firms based in Morristown, New Jersey. Mr. Zelenty has been honored for his pro bono legal work by Morris Habitat for Humanity as well as Interfaith Food Pantry. He later served on the Board of Trustees for IFP.

Outside of the office, Paul and his wife Cheryl enjoy the Jersey shore, traveling and, most of all, doting on their grandchildren.
