Jason M. Nichols

Jason M. Nichols is Of Counsel at the Kim Law Firm, where he brings more than a decade of legal experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and North Carolina.

His practice focuses on civil litigation, consumer law, and employment and labor law, with experience handling matters in both state and federal courts. He has represented clients across a wide range of disputes and advises on employment-related issues, including workplace policies, compliance, and risk management. Jason also practices real estate law, advising clients on a variety of transactional and property-related matters. Drawing on his combined legal and business background, he provides strategic, practical counsel tailored to each client’s objectives.

Outside of his practice, Jason is actively involved in his community as a youth hockey coach and serves as Vice President of the Kinnelon Youth Hockey Association, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes and fostering teamwork and discipline both on and off the ice.
